Behavioral Health Services at East Liberty Family Health Care Center

Behavioral Health
ELFHCC Physicians refer patients to ELFHCC's Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), the Mt. Ararat Counselors or the Certified Recovery Specialist depending on the needs of the patient and the level of behavioral health care the patient requires.

Consulting Psychiatrist provided by ELFHCC
ELFHCC's LCSW sees adults 18 and older for a wide range of issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. Children and teens, couples, and those in need of more specialized behavioral health care will be referred to professionals and/or organizations who specialize in these areas.

Counselors provided by Mt. Ararat Counseling Center
Counselors from the Mt. Ararat Counseling Center provide Christian-based psychological and emotional support services five days a week at our Lincoln-Lemington office.

Certified Recovery/Peer Support Specialist
ELFHCC patients who have drug and alcohol issues are invited to meet with our Certified Recovery/Peer Support Specialist, who offers individual support, coordinated care, peer support and intense group support.
